The patterns are downloaded as a .pdf file, into your computer. Do not try to open and print them online. You will loose the download. After clicking the download link, and entering your membership sign in information a new pop up will come up with another link. Right Click....Save Target as... into a folder on your computer hard drive or a CD. The files are large, so be sure to give them time to download.

Download the files into a separate folder named "VictorianaQuiltDesigns" that you have created on your hard drive. "Save Target as..." into this folder. Please be sure to save to cd &/or print the patterns to make sure you have a back up copy.

Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the files. They will be printed as designed. Be sure to have it set as full size printing [Page Scaling: None]. If you don't have an Adobe Acrobat Reader program, you can download it for free.

Please visit the Adobe Reader information page, to help solve any problems with the downloading of the pdf files. Upgrading to the most current version of Adobe Reader is recommended.

Print your pattern on the highest post-consumer content paper you can find.

100% Post-Consumer Paper is available!!

The patterns should be printed on 8½" x 11" sheets of paper. Note: Ivory coloured paper adds a nice detail. Use the regular print setting with black ink.

NOTE: Adobe Acrobat Reader can automatically default the pattern to "Fit to Page", which scales the document to fit the printer paper. You should change the print size in Adobe Acrobat Reader to 100% (or Actual Size) before you print your patterns.

 When you need to print pattern templates and don't have a printer, you can use a computer at your local library.

Be sure to print the online page with the pattern picture and Fabric Key to complete the information you will need.
