from the beginning in 2001, and continuing forward, I have cared about
your privacy and your information has only been used for the running
of my site, and isn’t shared, rented, traded or sold to a third party.
The site is hosted on a secure server platform, has SSL certificate,
and the personal data collected is secure.
Victoriana Quilt Designs does not collect any personally
identifiable information about you when you visit the website, unless
you voluntarily provide this information.

What exactly
is collected?
Newsletter:
Your email address is collected and kept to send you my newsletters.
Subscribers have to opt in/confirm to receive these.
You can unsubscribe at anytime by clicking the link at the bottom of
every newsletter.
Purchases:
Purchases include memberships, renewals, rejoining, patterns, printables.
Your name, email address, mailing address & phone number are collected
when you make a purchase.
This information is used for processing your order and I am required
to keep it for administrative purposes.
Payments are made through Pay Pal, and the payment information they
collect is not available to me. You can read Pay Pal’s Privacy Policy

Free Files Offered on Victoriana Quilt Designs:
Your name and email address and IP address is collected, and your email
address is used to send via email, the free file you request as a .pdf
format attachment.
These records are stored for a limited time before being erased, and
would only be used for following up, if necessary.
Contests:
Your name, email address and IP address are collected when you enter
your information to enter.
The email is required to contact you, if you should win.
This information is erased after the contest is over.
Memberships:
Your name and email address and the password you are assigned are stored,
for your membership use, giving you access to the membership pages.
Cookies are used to keep you signed in, as a member, during your visit.
If you sign up for the Birthday Club, your birthday is only saved in
my personal computer and backup file, and never on the site.
Rights to
Your Data
If at anytime, you wish to see your data that is stored,
you can contact me, and I’ll send you a copy within 30 days, as required.
If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact me to make that
happen for you.
This excludes any data I am required to keep for administrative purposes.
Notifications
of Any Breach
Should a breach of any of data saved for Victoriana
Quilt Designs should occur, I will contact you through email, within
