I made my quilt blocks with fusible applique and will use the blanket stitch, as the quilting.
You can use your favourite applique method.
Raw edge machine applique stitching would also be a fun addition to this fun quilt.

	9 fat quarters + 2 half yard pieces for the backgrounds of the blocks
	2 yards tone on tone black fabric for blocks & border
	½ yard tone on tone white fabric & yellow scraps for borders
	Variety of tone on tone and prints for the blocks.
	1 yard stripe and two 10" squares in matching fabrics for the larger border.
